First visit

On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed as a member of our family and our staff will greet you with a warm smile.  You will then be asked to fill out some forms unless you have done so online as noted below.  These forms will help us gain some information about you and your condition. Dr. Weatherwax will then talk with you and ask you some specific questions regarding your condition to determine if he feels chiropractic care may be of benefit to you.  If he feels that we can help you, we will tell you.  If we feel we cannot help you, we may refer you to a doctor that will be able to better treat you.  Nothing will be done in our office without your consent. After a thorough consultation with the doctor, we may ask to perform a more thorough chiropractic examination.  This may include testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend as well as other standard orthopedic, neurologic, postural, and physical examinations.  We will gain valuable information regarding your condition so we may have a better understanding of how we will be able to help you.  If necessary, the doctor may take X-rays or refer you for additional testing procedures. Once all the information and examinations have been performed, the doctor will give you details of findings and tell you his or her recommendations for treatment. Our office participates in many insurance programs.  We also accept auto accident liens and workers compensation cases.  To find out if your insurance covers chiropractic care, you can call our office directly or schedule your consultation. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs may be arranged.

All services shall be paid at time of Treatment.  We accept most major insurance plans and all major credit cards for your convenience.
